1. In addition to the iPhone12 series, may I use the magnetic ring with other mobile phones that do support wireless charging?
Yes. Attach the magnetic ring in the middle of your device's back panel. This wireless charger features MagSafe-style magnetic alignment, and is able to charge the iPhone/ Android Phone/ AirPods Pro/ Qi Wireless Devices magnetically.
2. Does wireless charging work with a case?
DBPOWER Magnetic Wireless Charger is able to charge mobile phones with cases up to 8mm in thickness. For the wireless charging with protective case, the magnetic ring must be attached to the phone case. (Attention: But for best performance and lower charging temperature, it is recommended that the magnetic ring is directly attached to the phone to use: )
3. What adapters do I need to use for the fast charging mode?
Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 power adapter (18W or 20W power adapter) is required for fast charging mode. If you do not use the QC 2.0/3.0 adapter may cause wireless charger heating up and slow charging.
4. What's the DBPOWER Magnetic Wireless Charger's lifespan? How long is the w-arranty?
This product can be used for more than five years. DBPOWER brand products are covered with a 1-year w-arranty. Please check if Magnetic Wireless Charger is in a perfect condition right after receiving. If your Magnetic Wireless Charger is defective, we will replace it.
Kindly Note:
1. Quick Charge 2.0/3.0 wall adapter (18W or 20W power adapter) is required for fast charging mode. (15W Fast Charging Mode, 10W Fast Charging Mode, 7.5W Fast Charging Mode)
2. Attach the magnetic ring in the middle of your device's back panel. Wrong attachment of the magnetic ring may cause heating up or discharge.
3. In order to achieve a better magnetic ring application, please wipe the phone's back panel or case's back surface before the attachment.
4. For best performance and lower charging temperature, it is recommended to attach the magnetic ring directly to a phone back.
5. Cases made of metal and attachments such as magnets, cards, and grips will interfere with charging.
6. Update your iPhone to iOS 14.2 or above, otherwise the Magnetic wireless charger may not work.
7. It is not recommended to attach the magnetic ring to the phone case as it might reduce performance.
